Description:
Our PLC Baddies are the heart of our leadership pipeline. These high school girls step into real-world responsibility — leading events, hosting panels, creating media, serving as Baddie Ambassadors, and modeling what confidence looks like in the building.
Through workshops, sisterhood circles, career prep, media training, and community service, the PLC program helps girls discover their voice, build their portfolio, and prepare for life after graduation.

Our MSA “Baby Baddies” are the next generation of confident young leaders. This program introduces middle school girls to self-love, healthy friendships, creative expression, and goal setting — all in a fun, affirming environment designed just for them.

From journaling and art activities to guided conversations and team challenges, the Baby Baddies learn how to navigate emotions, build their identity, and join the Chocolate Baddie sisterhood with pride.
